The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery holds a meeting to discuss study plans and the development of teaching methods.

With the start of the new academic year, the faculty members of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery branch held a meeting to discuss the curricula and study plans for the current year, address the most prominent challenges our students may face during their academic journey, and deliberate on proposals and solutions that contribute to overcoming them and advancing the educational process at the college.

The meeting addressed the importance of developing teaching methods, including problem-based learning, to help students connect theoretical information with clinical cases and enhance their critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Emphasis was also placed on diversifying assessment methods to suit the nature of the subjects and the skills required for students to acquire, contributing to the achievement of learning outcomes and the improvement of students' academic and clinical standards.
