Abstract

This research aims to have the running total quality in the hotel sector and shew its importance in all sectors, especially in tourism sector. particularly in the hotels sector and it has appositive impact on revenues course. And also reaches to please of customer. The problem of the research is what the influence of using the standards total quality to hotel sector. And we have the experience of the com Pany Ritz Carlton that leader in the field of hotel industry.
