In order to achieve the future vision of the university and to cover the new proposed colleges in the future plan, a constructing of 25000 m2 land has been started near Najaf-Karbala road in front of Al-Hussain airport, which is supposed to be built there.

The proposed colleges are :

1. College of Administrative and Financial Sciences

2. College of Physical Education

3. College of Dentistry

4. Public Relations department of the college of Arts
