Ahlulbait University hosted an honoring ceremony for more than 250 doctors and medical staff from among its students and graduates, in addition to the medical group from the Islamic Republic of Iran, the "Mithaq" group, for their noble services provided to the pilgrims of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). These services included classical medicine, Chinese medicine, physical therapy, and herbal medicine. The medical center at Ahlulbait University also included a dental clinic that provides all types of dental treatments, as well as a specialized laboratory for performing all pathological analyses.

The ceremony included a speech by the founder of Ahlulbait University, Dr. Mohsen Al-Qazwini, in which he saluted the great efforts made by the medical staff from the Ahlulbait University group and the Iranian Mithaq group. Following this, Dr. Mowazib spoke on behalf of the Iranian medical staff, thanking Ahlulbait University for providing the necessities for the treatment center for pilgrims and noting the high demand witnessed by the medical center during the days it was open.

Then, His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ramezani, head of the Ahlulbait World Assembly in Iran, spoke after thanking the tireless efforts exerted by the medical staff in serving the pilgrims, stating that it is no less important than the rest of the work provided to serve the visitors.

Following that, one of the scholars from Palestine participating in the ceremony took the podium and praised in his speech the people of Karbala who welcomed their procession ("Nida Al-Aqsa") with open arms and provided them with all services.

In conclusion, the Assistant President of the University, Dr. Basim Al-Uqabi, the Dean of the College of Medical and Health Technologies, Dr. Baqir, and the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Hussein Al-Mankoushi, honored the esteemed guests, concluding the ceremony with prayers and supplications to God for the victory of the believers and the support of the Islamic nation.
